CLIENT: Off Madison Ave
INDUSTRY: Advertising, Marketing, Technology, B2B
AUDIENCE: IT Decision-Makers
CONTRIBUTION: Copywriting, Design, Research, Q/A, Project Management
As new business coordinator, I led the process of developing a custom proposal in response to an RFP issued by OneNeck, a brand within the technology/IT industry. Following a formalized process I had created for the agency, I kicked off the project with the relevant subject-matter experts needed to sufficiently address the marketing challenges outlined and provided each with a detailed brief of the content/research requirements. In tandem, I worked with our creative team to design a template that reflected both the agency and OneNeck brands.
Once content was complete by each internal team member, I combined the recommended strategy and pricing with insights learned from our in-house IT Manager in the form of an interview. This creative format was then supplemented with additional information required by OneNeck and pulled from a digital database of stock content assets I had created for the agency.
Results & Impact
Though Off Madison Ave was not selected to move forward after initial discussions, the process employed for this proposal helped spur a more creative approach to delivering content which contributed to gains in the agency's new business success rate.
